This is the natural transition towards a more direct way of creating content for the general public.

All in all, the pornstars of the future will be a hybrid between an independent creator and a classic studio performer. You can’t gain popularity without a strong fan base these days, which can be gathered on OF and similar sites. And you’d be silly not to monetize on your popularity as a pornstar through the money OF fans are willing to spend on you.
Because of that, when some guys say that pornstars are done for, because of OF models, I say that things will look even better for them in the future.
